About Sean

Hi, I'm Sean. I'm currently studying to become a Registered Massage Therapist, building on hands-on experience in performance and rehabilitation settings.

I care about helping people move well, recover faster, and feel at home in their bodies. Every session starts with a conversation about what you need that day, and ends with simple things you can do on your own.

Outside the clinic you'll find me training, getting outside, and learning everything I can about how the body works.

Sessions are tailored to you. Here are the most common focuses:

Relaxation massage

Slow down, breathe, and let your nervous system reset. Ideal when stress lives in your shoulders.

Sport and training recovery

Targeted work for tight hips, heavy legs, and overworked backs. Built around your training schedule.

Focused problem areas

Neck, jaw, low back, or that one spot that never lets go. We spend the whole session where it counts.

Student practice sessions. I am not yet a Registered Massage Therapist; sessions are part of my supervised training practice.
